1) Are estimates free?
Yes all estimates and initial consultations are free, if your project requires our architecture staff or drwaings you will be biulled accordingly as discussed in your initial consultation
2) I have an idea that i want to do in my yard but don't have all the money now, should i wait or can we do the plan in phases?
All of our plans can be done in phases and we don't encourage any of our clients to settle on anything. After all rome wasn't built in a day.
3) Do you accept visa and mastercard?
Yes we accept visa and mastercard as well as checks and even can offer some financing programs.
4) Is all work performed by your staff or do you sub out the work.
All of our jobs sold by us are installed by our highly talented staff
5)Are you bonded and insured?
Yes!! we carry all proper licesing and insurance needed to perform in the state of ohio as well as the community we work in
6)My job is small , are you too big of a company to install my project?
No we welcome jobs of all sizes.
7) I want to install my job myself will you just design the project and let me install it?
Yes we welcome your design needs and also offer landscape consultation services to assist in product purchasing of all aspects of your design
